Customer Service Officer

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for delivering an excellent experience customers and clients at all stages of a case. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues, field and support operations and have the customer at the centre of everything you do: In detail you will:

• Take ownership of individual customer enquiries and follow through to ensure appropriate outcome is achieved
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening skills
• Monitor all work orders for customer appointments
• Answer incoming calls from Subcontractors to respond to dispatch related queries or inquiries.
• Ensure prompt attendance and application of Subcontractor availability
• Maintain and update customer information into database system, comprehensively and accurately
• Finalising the construction process and preparing for invoicing.
