Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for an exceptional Logistics Administrator to join one of their fastest growing divisions based in the Ryde area. The position will provide a great opportunity for someone to develop and grow long term with the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Divisional Head you will be part of a high energy team & responsible for:
- Logistic documentation (domestic & exports)
- Order entry through ERP of quotes, purchase orders, goods movements etc.
- Dealing with Freight Forwarding & 3rd Party Logistics providers
- Investigate service delivery issues
- Customer Service & inquiries relating to goods ordered
- Dealing with major accounts
- Maintain and update databases
- Use multiple systems & platforms
- General office admin & team support
Preferred Experience
You will have 2+ years’ experience in a logistics/exports environment. This role requires a strong communicator who is a team player & motivated to continually learn & develop. This market leader will provide training & development, and the chance to build a long-term career.
