The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager your role will be fast paced and customer centric, and have a sales driven/business development scope as per responsibilities listed below. 

• Maintain and grow an established sales territory.
• Maintain and evolve your call plan within your territory.
• Ensure prompt follow up of Customer enquiries
• Ensure call cycle is in place and keep maintained
• Maintain knowledge of A/C & Trade Customers in your area
• Report on sales opportunities, problems or competitor activity as required
• Prepare & maintain CRM with display & merchandising materials
• Complete monthly reports
• Complete CRM reporting weekly
• Prepare and submit quarterly review information
• Attend customer & industry promotions as required

Your Background: 

• Experience in a similar role ideally within the building & hardware industry.
• Technical product based sales experience.
• Strong Relationship building skills.
• Driven business development approach
• Have a strong presence with the ability to sell
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Team player who is committed to their and their company’s development and growth
• Good attention to detail with administrative duties
